I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, regardless of whether the said reason is listed here.

All payments will be received via PayPal invoice, or CashApp request, in USD.

Pornography, fetish material, and extremely graphic gore imagery will be declined. NSFW content in the form of candid nudity is permitted so long as the posing, clothing, etc. is not meant to incite sexual arousal.

I will not include self-harm imagery on any work; including but not limited to blade scars/fresh cuts, cigarette burns, self-inflicted bruising, trichotillomania/dermatillomania, or symptoms of eating disorders.

Full refunds may be given after ordering as long as the drawing process hasn't begun. Partial refunds of 25% of your original payment can be provided until after the sketch phase, after which, I do not accept refunds.

I do not work under deadlines. Artwork completion estimates vary heavily by the type of commission you're buying and my personal availability.

Color changes, small add-ons, reference sheet info, etc., can all be added during or after the finished product is made, but I will only make large changes to the base drawing during the sketch or lining process. Anything after that point is permanent. If you are unsure of whether a change is acceptable, feel free to ask.

Original Character references must be cleanly colored and have no complex/painted on shading unless color palettes are provided. Traditional reference sheets are allowed if digital color palettes are provided and the photo is clear, high quality/png, and has no excess filters or noise. All references must be SFW.

The copyright license of a commissioned work granted to you extends only to personal use. Therefore, my artwork may not be used for any commercial purposes, such as but not limited to: merchandise (t-shirts, pins, notebooks, etc.), official artwork for franchises/media, book covers, advertising material, etc. The art itself may never be resold in any form, such as crypto items - including non-fungible tokens / NFTs.

You may use your commission for personal purposes as you please, such as profile pictures, banners, displaying it on websites/accounts, etc. However, credit must always be directed to one of my social media accounts/websites when you use or repost the art.

My art may never be mass-replicated/reproduced digitally. This includes using it in machine learning/artificial intelligence algorithms to produce similar works.

I retain the copyright of the finished product for the purposes of displaying and republishing the artwork as I see fit. Artwork will never be resold and you retain all copyright to the character featured as applicable. If you prefer your commission to remain private and not be posted online by me, please let me know beforehand.

Do not trace the art or pass it off as your own creation in any way. Small edits such as adding your own backgrounds or filters are permitted.

I do not provide unwatermarked versions of my art, please do not request it nor try to edit or crop the watermark off yourself.

When it comes to character designs--you receive copyright for the character. I retain copyright to the original image of the character design, meaning said image may not be resold or used for commercial purposes. Additionally, use of the design in major publications must include credit back to me as the original character designer.

You may resell the character for whatever amount you see fit, I will not enforce any sort of reselling or pricing rules.
