Payment: All payments will be received via PayPal invoice in USD. Full payment is upfront. I do not accept deposits or payment plans.

Not Safe for Work Content: I will not draw pornography, fetish material, abuse or self-harm imagery (blade scars, cigarette burns, etc.), or gore. I will draw nudity only for anatomical/artistic purposes.

Refunds: Full refunds may be given before the drawing process has begun. Partial refunds will be given accordingly: 25% after sketch is complete, 35% after line art/refining, 50% after coloring. After coloring is complete, no refunds are accepted.

Deadlines: I do not work under deadlines of any kind.

Edits: I will only make edits to the sketch/lines during those stages of drawing. Coloring and shading edits may be made after the drawing is complete. If you are unsure about whether an edit is appropriate, just ask.

References: Please provide digital or digitized references in high quality with no filters or noise. All references must be safe-for-work (anatomical nudity is acceptable).

Communication: I will send updates to you for approval continuously throughout the drawing process. You may request updates on the process at any time. I will not tolerate abusive/demeaning messages, threats of financial retaliation, or demands to finish work faster. If you behave this way, I reserve the right to refund you per the above policies and immediately cease communication with you.

Copyright and Licensing (Buyer): The copyright license of a commissioned work granted to you extends only to personal use. You may use your commission for online display (profile pictures, website graphics, etc.) or personal printing (individual shirts, prints, etc.). You do not have license to mass reproduce the artwork or use it for any commercial product. You may not claim attribution of the artwork in any way, including by tracing the art to make a copy.

Copyright and Licensing (Artist): I retain the copyright of the finished product for the purposes of displaying and republishing the artwork as I see fit. Your commission will never be resold and you retain all copyright to the character featured as applicable.

Attribution: Publicly accessible use of my art requires credit back to me in some form.

Reselling: My artwork may never be resold, including in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). The only way your license can be transferred is if you sell the usage rights to the character featured in the artwork.

Reproduction: My art may never be mass-replicated/reproduced digitally. This includes using it in machine learning/artificial intelligence datasets to produce similar works.

Editing: Small edits to the finished artwork such as adding your own backgrounds or filters are permitted.

Watermarks: I do not provide unwatermarked versions of my art, please do not request it nor try to edit or crop the watermark off yourself.

Character Design License: By purchasing a custom design or adoptable design from me, you obtain full license to that character. You may not claim attribution for the original artwork or design. You may use it in personal projects or commercial ones; commercial use requires attribution to me as the original designer. You may resell the character for whatever amount you see fit. You may apply your own terms to the character as long as they do not undermine any of my original terms.
